FULL DAY CITY TOUR OF SHIRAZ
Today we visit the highlights of Shiraz . We visit the heritage from 18th century when Karim Khan Zand chose Shiraz as his capital: Arg-e Karim Khanthe , Pars Museum, Vakil Complex including its famous bazaar, mosque and bath, Pink Mosque of Nasir al-Mulk, Narengestan-e-Ghavam ancient house . To have some relaxing moments we go to Eram Garden . The Eram Garden, an exemplary Persian Garden and a world heritage site .
EXCURSION TO PERSPOLIS AND PASARGAD
Having eaten breakfast, we go on an excursion to three wonderful historic sites: Persepolis , Naqsh-e Rostam and Pasargad . These are the surviving heritage of the first Persian Empire, the major world power of its time (5 centuries BCE). Persepolis, a world heritage site, is the remains of a magnificent palace representing a glorious era. Naqsh-e Rostam is a necropolis where four Achaemenid emperors are buried inside similar tombs all carved into a cliff. The last one is Pasargadae, a world heritage site, where Cyrus the Great defeated Median troops and founded Achaemenid Empire. Cyrus built a magnificent city and a palace of which only the tomb of Cyrus himself is .Then, we drive back to Shiraz.In the evening we visiting the Tombs of Sa’di and Hafez, two greatest Persian poets
DRIVE TO KHUZESTAN AND VISITING BISHAPOUR AND TANG-E-CHOGAN
In the morning, we drive to Southwest Iran, the cradle of Iranian civilization where the Elamites founded the first kingdom in Iran, in the present day Khuzestan Province some 5000 years ago. En route to Ahvaz (the capital city of Khuzestan) we visit the remains of Bishapour City and Tang-e- Chogan (the Valley of Polo) where a collection of bas-reliefs recount us the stories from Sassanid Empire, the second great Persian Empire.

VISITING SHUSHTAR AND SHUSH
In the morning we have an excursion to ancient cities of Shushtar and Shush (historically known as SUSA). A masterpiece of ancient engineering awaits us in Shustar( world heritage site ): the Hydraulic System of Shushtar shows how Iranian managed water for various purposes centuries ago. Then, we visit the remains of Haft Tepe, an Elamite city. After having lunch, we hit the road again to see Chogha Zanbil Ziggurat, the colossal Elamite temple. Our last site to see is the Tomb of Daniel the Prophet. Then, we drive back to Ahvaz.
DRIVE TO KERMANSHAH
In the morning, we drive to Kermanshah. En route, we have some stops to enjoy the landscape. The topography changes when we drive out of Khuzestan Province and its fertile plain. As we move northwards, Zagros Mountains appear and we face a sea of mountains.

In the morning, we have an excursion to Bisotun bas-relief and inscription, a world heritage site. This is a world-renowned historic document narrating how Darius the Great took the throne and how he crushed his rivals and enemies. Close to the relief and the inscription there is a small statue called Hercules Statue carved more than 2000 years ago. Then, we drive back to Kermanshah where we visit Taq-e- Bostan, one of the best preserved Sassanid reliefs and inscriptions. Then we enjoy to visiting Takieh Moaven ol-molk and then we have free time . Shopping in traditional Bazaar .
DRIVE TO URMIA
Kurds, who are said to be the descendant of the Medes, have been settlers of this region for thousands of years. We pass through two major Kurdish cities of Sanandaj and Mahabad To reach Urmia, the capital city of West Azerbaijan. We spend the night in Urmia.

VISITING KHOY AND MAKU
In the morning we drive to the regions populated completely by the Azeri people. Tabriz , the capital city of East Azerbaijan, is our next main destination. To reach Tabriz we have exciting sites to visit: The tomb of a famous mystic, Shams Tabrizi , and Armenian Monastic ensemble, a world heritage site. This ensemble is a collection of old Armenian churches (St. Stephen Cathedral and St. Marry Church) in the Northwest Iran each enjoying high religious, social and cultural values. Then, we drive on to Tabriz.

CITY TOUR OF TABRIZ
We spent our morning in Tabriz. In the morning , we drive some 60km out of Tabriz to visit the Kandovan, a unique village where people live in houses carved into rocks , Then, we drive back to Tabriz and begin our city tour with Azerbaijan Museum. This museum is said to be the second most important archeological museum in Iran after National Museum in Tehran. Blue Mosque, known as the turquoise of Islam, close to the museum is a must-see. we look at Tabriz Grand Bazaar , its only world heritage site, , the largest vaulted bazaar in the world. Exploring the bazaar with its numerous labyrinthine alleys, gives us a sense of being lost! This bazaar is said to be the largest covered bazaar in the world. The Mausoleum of Poet , Shahriar, is the last sight to visit.

VISTING ARDABIL AND DRIVE TO ZANJAN
We drive from Tabriz to Ardebil. In Ardabil, another Azeri city, we visit Sheikh Safi Shrine , This world heritage site is the largest and the most comprehensive Khanqah (Sufi monastery) and the most notable shrine for Sufis built for Sheikh Safi, the great grandfather of Shah Ismail, the Safavid dynasty founder. After visiting Ardabil Ethnographic Museum and having lunch, drive to Zanjan .

In the morning, we drive to the Takab , where another world heritage site , Takht-e Soleyman (the throne of Solomon) was one of the three most important Zoroastrian fire temples in Sassanid era. The remains of this ancient fire temple are still sacred for Zoroastrian followers. Close to the Takht-e Soleyman there is Belgheis Mountain where exciting stories await us. In the afternoon, we visit Ethnographic Museum of Zanjan and go shopping in the bazaar .
DRIVE TO TEHRAN
In the morning we drive to Tehran , the current capital of Iran. En route we visit the Gonbad-e-Soltaniyeh (Soltaniyeh dome), a world heritage site, one of the tallest adobe domes in the world with 50m height built in the 14th century.

FULL DAY CITY TOUR OF TEHRAN
We have a full day city tour of Tehran to visit its only world heritage site, its main museums and the tallest free-standing structure in Iran. Golestan Palace as the only world heritage site in Tehran is one of the oldest buildings in this city where some major historic events have occurred. Archeological Section of National Museum containing the most precious archeological and historical artifacts is the second place we will visit. Then, we will see a beautiful 19th century house now used as the museum of ceramics and glass of Iran, Abgine Museum. After that , we visit the fascinating museum of Crown Jewels.

HALF DAY CITY TOUR OF TEHRAN AND FLY BACK HOME
We end our trip with a half day city tour of Tehran . Today, the north of Tehran is our host. This is the affluent part of the city. We visit Niavaran and Sa’dabad as the palaces housing the Pahlavi family, the last ruling dynasty in Iran. These palaces are complexes composed of mansions currently used as museums. we drive to airport and fly back home .
